AI Lead Engineer
Remote · Full-time · Senior
What you’ll do
- Lead the design & delivery of AI-powered product capabilities across teams.
- Author high-level designs and drive low-level implementations end-to-end.
- Evaluate LLM/agent stacks (RAG, vector DBs, orchestration, telemetry) and ship production-grade systems.
- Mentor engineers; foster experimentation with measurable outcomes.
What you bring
- 5+ years coding in Python, Go, Java, or similar; strong systems thinking.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML products in production.
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, modern MLOps; solid SQL and data stores.
- Bonus: ecommerce/product-data pipelines; React/Angular familiarity.
