Straight answers on scraping, feeds, pricing and compliance. If your question is not here, book a demo — we would rather answer it live than guess at what you need.
Under 24 hours to get a client live — we point the scraper at your client's store, configure the transform layer for each destination's feed spec, and publish. Getting your agency team fluent in the dashboard takes another day or two of hands-on use, so most agencies budget two days of internal ramp-up when they onboard their first few clients.
No. Adevisto scrapes directly from any public product URL — Shopify, WooCommerce, MercadoLibre, custom builds, all of it. You do not need API keys, plugins, or an export from your client's stack. That is the point: your client's tech backlog is not your critical path anymore.
The supported list is what we have hardened out of the box — the scraping engine works on any product URL. Send us a link when we meet and we will pre-configure it before the demo, so you can see it running on a real client site instead of a canned example.
Yes — scraping publicly available product information for commercial use has been repeatedly upheld in EU, US and LATAM case law, as long as you respect the site's robots directives and do not bypass authentication. Adevisto only scrapes public product pages, never gated content. If a marketplace explicitly disallows scraping of a specific section, we skip it.
Every scraper is monitored. When a layout change breaks a selector, Adevisto alerts you inside the dashboard and — in most cases — reconfigures itself automatically from templates we maintain per platform. The rare cases that need a human touch are handled by our team, not yours.
Every catalog refreshes overnight and is ready by 8am local time — the scrape runs during the night, so your client's site is not under load during business hours and your morning ad checks always see a clean feed. Automatic alerts fire the moment a scrape fails or a catalog drifts, so you know before your client does.
We handle spec changes upstream. When a platform updates required fields or format rules, Adevisto's transform layer picks up the change and every feed reformats automatically — you do not lift a finger. This is the single biggest source of "broken catalog" tickets in agencies without a platform, and it is the first thing we removed.
Yes. Currency, category mapping, price rounding, title format, image selection, availability logic — all configurable per client and per destination. A boutique fashion brand needs different feed rules than a MercadoLibre reseller, and Adevisto treats each client as its own workspace.
We ship with the four channels agencies actually use every day (Meta, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace). If you need Google Merchant, Pinterest, Snap, or a regional channel we have not listed, tell us on the demo — most requests can be added quickly if we see enough agency demand.
Pricing is per client web, not per seat. A one-time setup fee to onboard each new client web, plus a monthly retainer per client web. Exact numbers depend on scraping intensity and channel count — we quote on the demo call once we have seen your client mix, so you get a real number, not a range.
No annual lock-in. We work month-to-month by default. Agencies moving off a legacy stack sometimes prefer a three-month commit with an onboarding credit — happy to structure that on request.
Your client owns their own product data. Adevisto is a processor: we hold the scraped catalog and transformed feeds on your behalf, and we delete them within 30 days of contract end (or immediately on request). We never sell scraped data, never share it between agencies, and never use it to train models.
Yes. We are EU-based, we do not process personal data as part of the feed pipeline (product catalogs are commercial data, not personal data), and any personal data captured on the marketing site is handled through GDPR-compliant processors (HubSpot, Vercel). Full detail on the privacy page.
Book a 20-minute demo and we will answer it on a real client site — yours, not ours. No slides.
