Adevisto is a B2B tool. We collect the minimum information needed to talk to you about the product — no more.

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name and any message you send. That information is submitted to our CRM (HubSpot). We also log standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) when you use adevisto.com, hosted by Vercel.
We use your contact information solely to respond to your request, book demos and — if you become a customer — provide support and product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit opt-in.
Our current data processors are HubSpot (CRM, form submissions, and page-view tracking) and Vercel (site hosting and anonymous traffic analytics). Both are GDPR-compliant. If we add new processors we will update this page and note the change.
We use Vercel Analytics to count anonymous page views and visitor countries — it does not set cookies or fingerprint you. We also load a HubSpot tracking script that sets first-party cookies to attribute demo requests back to the pages you visited before the form, so we can prioritise follow-ups. You can block HubSpot cookies at the browser level; adevisto.com will still work.
If you are in the EU, UK, California or another jurisdiction with a data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@adevisto.com and we will action any request within 30 days.
We keep contact records for as long as there is an active commercial relationship or a live conversation. If you ask us to delete your data we remove it from HubSpot within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
